I started this project with the idea of an office or school type building in a suburban environment. I wanted to use this project as a chance to practice making foliage in Speedtree. All the meshes were made in 3ds Max bar the trees which were made in Speedtree. The assets were textured with Substance Painter or by using materials from Adobe Substance 3D assets which I adjusted accordingly in Unreal. The scene is rendered in realtime in Unreal engine 4.27
